Why don't my drivers start on startup?

Hi, I have a D-Link DWA-130 WIRELESS Adapter and I'm wondering why my drivers for it don't start on startup? The computer I use this on runs Windows XP and it is set to start in the startup folder and in msconfig but it doesn't start!!!!!! I have tried reinstalling the drivers and same thing. I'm confused! It used to work until it just stopped.
