Hey, I'm back from my vacation in the Dominican, 2 hours ago. Welcome back to the U.S :(

Anyway, Time Warner Cable implemented a new feature in my cable where it shuts off after a certain amount of unactivity, I noticed that when I tried to watch my Cable via my server I couldn't control the cable because of the new feature. Does anyone know how to shut it off? TWC won't help me.alt text

They said that CUSTOMER RELATIONS doesn't deal with this, and the never had this problem with boxes before.

Did you ask 'em to transfer you to someone who could help with the problem? I'm sure they have some department that can deal with it.

I tried Technical support, and they said no. Supervisor, no, Supervisor of the Supervisor, no.

Wow, I thought Directv had bad customer service, but Time Warner must really suck. I'm glad I got Dish now.
