What 3rd Party Apps Do you use to Tweak Windows Explorer??

just wondering.. any suggestions? esp. w/ regards to its GUI just in case you don't fine it "cute enough"

bdw, when I say Windows Explorer i mean EXPLORER not Desktop - I already have Windows Gadgets and Objectdock Plus2 to handle that ( i seldom use Mosaic and Okozo due to my limited resources)
