Best camera for vlogging and doing live shows?

I want to start recording some videos and uploading them to YouTube, and maybe doing some live shows...

Which camera should I buy? I like HD, and I also like that I could use it as a webcam, like the one Chris uses for the live stream...

Anything that supports live video directly into a computer (like a webcam, but better). You also want to get a camera with as many manual options as possible: Manual focus, optical zoom, manual shutter, manual iris, and most of those cameras have an auto setting, but that's just if you can't figure out how to use manual. Personally, go manual, the quality can't be beat.
