I am having trouble accessing anything from the outside world. I can get to everything from my internal network but as soon as i use the Wan address, i get the server not resounding errors. everything including the WIFI routers remote access.

My config:

I have a Motorola cable modem. I do not see a model number. That is connected to a Netgear n3000 Wireless router (MDL NUM: WNR2000) which is then connected to other devices from there. The wireless router is on a 192.168.1.xx and the cable modem is on a 192.168.100.x. Can that make a difference? Do I need to have the web server connected directly to the Cable modem. All port forwarding has been done on the Wireless router. I did try to match the wireless router to the modem (192.168.100.2) and that only caused a bunch more problem. Any ideas?
