I'm thinking about purchasing a few imacs/ macbook pros/a two iPads (they are great for showing PDFs/design plans) for a production/post-production company in which we will be working with lots of footage.

Right now we are using a mix and match of personal and two "work owned" desktops. Between harddrive format problems and a few other examples, we've decided to pick a side and fully go with Apple to improve workflow. We also want to cut down on none project related stuff done on personal computers during work hours so we will be providing there work computer (and a nice one at that) with the same programs they've been working with for years.

The only problem holding us up is some legal concerns. Our lawyer said that a written contract would suffice, but if they agreed to something every time they log in or do certain things then we would be completely clear.

So with that said.... Is there a way to have a custom "yes no, check box to agree to terms" when certain actions are taken?

For example:

Connecting to wireless internet

Connecting to server

Right after log-in

Opening certain predetermined applications

Money isn't too big of an option if there is a program purchasable, if not then how could we go about doing this custom?

I doubt there is a custom agreement for iPads so i wont even go there...
