How can I directly upload my own themes to my WordPress blog from WordPress.com? (NEED SOME HELP)

I had seen videos online of people uploading themes to there WordPress blog directly on WordPress. I am wondering how I can do that because I have my own themes and I am wanting to use them on my WordPress blog. I did try but it tells me I have to have like a hosting account (WHICH I CAN NOT AFFORD) I can not afford to buy any hosting. I am wondering if somebody could help me get my own theme to my WordPress blog directly on WordPress by uploading it on WordPress.com

You can't upload themes to a WordPress.com blog. You must have a self-hosted WordPress blog to upload themes.

I know that. I am asking how do I get a self hosting site for WordPress? That is all I am asking

Oh, sorry about that. You would have to find a good web host. I use HostGator. They're affordable and they provide many tutorials on how to setup WordPress. Also, they have 1-click install for WordPress, which saves you a lot of time.

Well if you have a spare computer to put ubuntu server on it or what ever flavour distro of a unix/linux server on it. Then you can put wordpress on it and uploade it to that. And use something like Dyndns feature that you create your own worpress website from home. Apache is fairly popular for creating websites. Windows wise you can use IIS that comes with it in the windows options area or use Apache that is also free for it as well.
