I'm trying to stream videos from my pc to 360 and ps3 i have tryed Tversity and it just lags and disconnects. If you have any suggestions Please post a comment below

Just about any DLNA server will do just fine.

Try streaming with RTMP.
Lots of tools out there that work with xbox and PS3.
