MAC BROADCASTING

When you say broadcast video, do you mean live television? If not then skype supports live video with another person on skype. You can even go between Mac and Windows. All you need is a video camera that hooks into the mac/PC and a microphone (if it isn't on the camera already). Most Macs have this already built in.

If you want to send a live tv channel to someone via skype, I can't help you there.
