What would you do if you discovered that you're not a human, but you are actually a computer created by some really smart geek? You discover that your entire life has been one great lie. Would you freak out or accept it and continue to indulge in life? I think I'd freak out initially, then get over it later as time progresses. |

Might as well accept it. Because there would be no way to change it. Always live life to the fullest because you never know when it's going to end. |

Wouldn't freak out at all. I'd be shocked, but then I'd no longer care about anything. Go crazy. Live the virtual life to the full. :P |

The question posits a very advanced heuristic AI. I would think my existence then is for some higher level cause or meaning. Given that we could all be just brains in a vat and not know the extent of the illusion we call existence any confirmation of the falsity of that should still mean that someone has gone to the trouble and the show must go on... No business like show business! |

I’d accept it & demand a software “patch” for my human “glitches” |
