I'm planning on buying a smartphone, but I don't know if I should buy an iPhone 5 when it comes out, or go for a Samsung or HTC device that uses Android. I know Android supports flash (videos etc.), but I think iOS is a more mature operating system that's lasting longer. Are there more advantages between Android and iOS that I don't know about? Which has the best/most apps? |

well it comes down to how much you are willing to crack the OS. If you only use iOS as it is you're saying good bye to so much potential from an iPhone. Jailbreak it and it might actually be a good device. With android you have a more open OS, ofc if you don't know what you're doing you might hurt yourself. A rooted android device you can do anything on it and the most expensive android devices are much more powerful than the iPhone is.. it is one year old though so take that into account. The iPhone 5 might have extreme specs. You can run flash on a jailbroken iPhone no problem. It's been done since the release of the first iPhone. I think you should play around a little with the different devices and remember there are a billion android devices so choose carefully. |
