Well, OK it's not actually vibrating, but I keep getting a sensation similar to vibrating. Whenever it happens I reach for my cell phone only to find it wasn't my phone. It's started doing this today and it's not scaring me, it's just weird. Well, if anyone could help that would be awesome :)

I have a similar problem only it's more along the lines of my whole body above the waist. I have a condition called Essential Tremors that causes most of it, but the part in my right arm is caused from a pinched nerve in my neck. When it gets bad my right arm will jerk all by itself just out of no where. My wife kinda thinks I am rockin out to my favorite tune and I think I am just sitting still watching TV :) HaHa But seriously if you think there is something NOT right you should at least see a doctor because it could be a pinched nerve in your neck or shoulder. If it's the arm you use a mouse with you could be stressing your elbow by having weight on it the whole time your using the mouse, thus aggravating the nerves in your elbow.
