Question regarding Synergy on OS X

So I'd want to un-clutter my desktop. I'd like to use Synergy to use my mac keyboard and mouse to also control Windows. Sadly, I do not manage to do this without issues. The mouse works flawlessly, however I'm having some issues with the keyboard. I can type, but some of the keys do not work correctly. Shift and caps lock work flawlessly, however, CTRL, Alt nor cmd keys are working. Now, I know I can remap these, but any attempt I make just ruins it for me.

Alas my question; Does anybody know the correct modifier remapping for SynergyS 1.5.0 (r1095) using a Wireless mac keyboard? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using SynergyKM? SynergyKM is a little bit easier to set up.

I'm using QSynergy, which is, like SynergyKM, just a GUI for the command line. I've compiled the latest available revision (1.5.0 r1095) SynergyKM does not support that anymore, Qsynergy does. :)

I believe what I have setup is SynergyKM and I have no problems with it acting as either the server or the client. What does take getting used to is that the keys 'change' so the Windows Key on the windows machine acts as alt on the Mac and the ALT on Windows machine acts as the Command key when you move the mouse over to the Mac. The same happens in reverse.

SynergyKM is simply a GUI for the actual command line, not the application itself, however, for me, the modifier keys do not work. (Except for shift.) When I remap the modifier keys within Synergy, every modifier key starts to act funny.
