I know that Google+ had the age limit of 18+ during it's beta and invitation only period. Since it has been released to the public, I've heard that it's age limit is lowered to 13+. Here's the question, why am I still getting the age requirement error message? I'm well above 13 if your asking. Help is appreciated |

Google wants to make sure all safety features are in place and bug free for minors. To protect their privacy. I know it s*cks. I had an invite when G+ existed for a week or 3 and I still cant get on it. |

If you tried to access Google+ in the beta stage and entered an age under the age of 18, that age will be carried over to the final. I made a typo on my number keypad when typing in my age and had to go through the process of transferring accounts, making a new one, and then transferring the account back. I eventually was able to get in but because I typed so fast and made a careless mistake I had to spend an hour fixing it. Oh, and it doesn't matter what age is on your Google account. It will still ask you your age when creating a Google+ account. My normal Google account had the correct age but for some reason Google+ didn't see that and transfer it over. Oh well, I have a + account now. |

In many states it is illegal for a company to collect information on anyone under 13. The exact Google policies i have no clue about. |

You're complaining about a site requiring 18+ years, but it says on your profile that you're 21. I wouldn't complain if I was over 18 about the age requirement.
