How do you make your Friends switch from Facebook to Google+?

All you can do is present what you feel are the benefits it offers. They will use what they are comfortable with, and however "good" something new is, they don't know it. Show some of them first-hand on your computer how you use it and let them make their own mind up.

Well, Facebook is slowly killing itself with horrible updates. Shouldn't be too hard :)

haha this is true but some of the updates ( OMHO ) are pretty nice but I'm just so use to changes and it don't bother me alot i guess )

Jump in a hangout with your friends and watch some awesome YouTube clips together.
Tailor some Circles of people you think your friends would like, then share that Circle with your friends and see if "supercharing the Stream" doesn't hook them immediately. I'd include people like Tom Anderson, Chris Pirillo, Natalie Villalobos, and Mike Elgan.
Share posts with them you think they'd like.
Offer to be their allies in City of Wonder on Google+ or some other social game you think they'd like. We ain't got no Farmville, but we do have CityVille!
