Why are my pictures doing this?(EDITED)

alt text When I first open the folder the pictures look fine, but as it loads the preview they put these gray film on it. Even when I open it. I'm running Windows 7 Professional and the pictures are located on a NAS.

The images are just not loading from your NAS very fast.

But when I first enter into the Share the picture look fine but once they finish loading they look like the picture above. I will try to catch a screen shot before it load and after it loads.
