What does your start menu look like?

Meh, mine's not too exciting. No idea why Snipping Tool is being displayed, I guess I use it more often than I thought.

This is the start menu on my new HP laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. I'm using classic shell to get the better start menu with the nice cascading menus. :) I also installed a Windows XP theme skin, re-enabled Quick Launch, unpinned everything and made active windows show as they're supposed to with titles and all, as opposed to the large icon blocks.

This is Ubuntu 11.10 with the Unity Desktop Environment.

The Dash is the start menu while the Launcher acts like the Mac's dock. So essentially they both can be considered start menus...

Nothing special, just an ordinary Start Menu...

You said "start" Menu, so I had to grab from my Windows machine.

As you might have guessed, this is the only "start" menu I have in the house. Everything else is pretty much running some flavor of Ubuntu.
