Hi I bought this card from Aria(goo.gl/ZidF9) a few months ago.

Today I decided to do a can you run this test and the results came back by saying that my GPU only has 368MB present I also ran a Directx Diagnostic and that came back the same.

Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue so my computer can detect all the video memory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

DXDiag is like a bazillion year old and hasn't been updated in a while. I wouldn't rely on it for detecting anything beyond DirectX's presence. Try Speccy or Belarc Advisor. The screen you showed is from DXDIAG, and it's unclear to me what "total ram" it's referring to. It could be referring to the ram consumed by DirectX, which actually may not be video ram at all.

If these products truly detect the wrong amount of video ram, I would have to say it's possible components on the card were mislabeled in manufacturing. That's not unusual, especially in something not a lot of people pay attention to like video ram.

Are you sure your not reading used memory?

try reinstall the drivers or switch the position of the card. Also if it's unlocked you might need to configure the BIOS of the gfx card.
