Would you be more inclined to take part in a scientific study if you could do so via your smartphone?

It's a good question, I think most would answer "yes". I've agreed many times to a "quick" survey over-the-phone that held me up for thirty minutes or more. I've also fell victim to the people offering $5 at the mall, only to find myself infuriated an hour later, holding a crumpled five dollar bill. Using a smart phone could answer many questions without asking a single one. It's a good idea.

I believe this to be true. If you make it more palatable, most people would be more inclined to participate in a study, survey, etc. Look at the Open Home Pro app > http://youtu.be/mU27G6Ciigo The mear addition of an iPad, increased participation of open house attendees. Now, if you disguised scientific studies into a mobile app like Angry Birds, then POW! ... Increased participation!!!
