need help fineding a pc that has the scamtics i want

i want a pc that have theas scamatics if the the rame isnt the same the mather bord has to have 4 ram slots ram 16 GB hard drve 1.5 TB mather bord 4 slots for ram and 4or 3 slots pci and at lest 1 usb 3.0 and 2 2.0 slots cpu intel video card hd must have a hdi port (will be used for gaming and home theater) optcal drive dvd or blue ray must be abll to play/read dvd as well

Well you can get parts cheaper in some places. Crucial offers reasonable prices for ram and such like that. Internet is your friend.
