[closed] NEED HELP. Need help setting up my WordPress blog with my custom theme I want.

Hi I am new to this blogging field and I am wondering if I can have some help setting up my blog and making it look the way I want. I have a vision on what I want the site to do but I have no clue how to set the site up on WordPress and make it look the way I want it. I have my own theme but I have no clue on how I can setup the blog with the theme. I am thinking of making a tech blog with current tech news but how can I setup the blog and the theme? Can I have some help on making the blog and setting it up? Please help me. I am new to this WordPress blog and need somebody to show me how to use it and make it the way I want it.
