Would you be for or against a dislike button on Facebook? |
I don't really know, I think the reason why they (Facebook) keep it out is to prevent flame wars in the comments section. Or the whole "Don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all" saying... |
The way I see it being useful is when someone posts "my dog just died" or "I got really wet in the rain" fellow firends could dislike. I personally think it would be a bit of fun between friends, a bit of banter and to be honnest if you start a flame war then you shouldn't be friends with them in the first place! |
I think Facebook is doing the right thing. It would just cause even more disagreements and arguments than already occur in the comments. It keeps it more of a 'friendly' environment. |

Flame wars are upon you, whether you risk it or not. (reworded quotes) |

I'm done with Facebook. Let the Memes keep their buttons, I really don't care so long as the vast majority of them stay off Google+. I loved Facebook in 2008, then the asses took over and started notifying me when they felt good, or bad, or they had to pee, or they just met a new boy/girl. I'm so tired of facebook. I use it to wish friends and relative a happy birthday and that's about it. Google+ is where it's at, let's just hope they don't figure that out. |

Against the idea. People will dislike something for the sake of it, and not out of some genuine grievance or disagreement. On youtube people will dislike on a competition giveaway, or on a review because it does not support their biased view. |
The problem is that it'd be misused too much by some. |

I would be heck of a useless option. Slow poke rules, i like their's sense for humor. :) |
