I would like to try my hand at a new type of work. I would like to start creating content for companies and also managing content for companies. I would like to know how I could get started in receiving work in this area. I already use Twitter but have a minute following, I use Empire Avenue along with Google + and I blog frequently but again have hardly any followers. Would LinkedIn be a good way to find work, not a permanent job but one where I can basically do the work for someone, receive payment, and move onto my next client, freelancing basically. I would also like to offer consultancy work on an hourly rate, so if anybody is having a problem with anything, i.e. software not working properly or they want help setting up a blog, I can charge them an hourly rate and get the work done. What would be the best and fastest way of receiving work in this area, thank you in advance for your input! |
