I use windows media player and VLC they are both free, I never use Windows Media Center.

itunes :D i think... lol ok nothing really i use WMP since it's well integrated in windows 7 OS

I think the latest version of quicktime for snow leopard is pretty awesome, i do have VLC incase something can't be played in quicktime though.

VLC media player and quick time are my primary ones but when i'm watching something on my HTPC windows media centre and media player do the job just fine.
