What do you think about the Samsung vs Apple lawsuit?

I just watched the news when something hilarious showed up. Samsung is suing Apple and prohibiting the iPhone 4S from selling in Germany. This is exactly the same thing that prohibited the tablets from Samsung from releasing in Germany.

I think all tech companies need to stop arguing, all there doing is slowing the progress of technology.

yeah it's childish -.- I just found out that Apple actually photoshopped the picture used when they sued Samsung for their tablet. Cmon why are you doing this?
