problem with wifi inside lion

allright guys. i am having a few problems with wifi inside lion. i am having to restart my router (or restart my mac) around 4 times a day due to the internet slowly drawing to a holt over the period of around a hour. the wifi works fine inside a VM running windows 7, but refuses to be co operative inside lion, i would also like to make note that this has happened on 3 of my mac's and one of them is wired via ethernet and i am still having the same problem, any ideas?
