Is there a difference?
The models I'm looking at all have Tegra2, but the 1GB ram models are at least 200 dollars more expensive. Sure some have 3G and gyro sensors, but I don't really need those.

Think about it, that's double the RAM dude. It'll make a world of difference: Faster application launches, less slow-down, better multi-tasking... etc etc
I guess you're right, plus I'd also have to consider future-proofing.

No point getting the cheaper one. The extra 512MB to make it 1GB is so worth it.
512MB of RAM can't do anything and you can only run a few apps at the same time.
I don't really plan on running a lot of apps at once, actually.

Is having $1000 better than having $500?
yea but if he gets the 1gb model he'll be out thet 1,000 lol
By that logic, I'd rather save the 200 bucks I might spend on the 1GB models. Still, I guess I'll just go for the 1GB models.
