Who's your favorite Who?

At 48 years old, Doctor who is the longest running Sci-Fi series, so I wonder - Out of all eleven official canonical doctors who is your favorite and why - and for that matter who is your least favorite and why? Who was a missed opportunity to play the doctor? Who would you like to see play him after Matt Smith has finished? Who'd be a great future companion?
