I can't get the second 4GB stick of RAM to fit in and work!?!

Just got my Mac Mini.. Really freakin awesome.. But when I was upgrading the RAM to 8GB, I just could not get it to fit in. It seemed like it would never have fit in in the first place, but it's the same size as the stock RAM.

If anyone has done this installation, do you have any tips?
