ios5 update issues

has any one had any issues with installing the new up date on there os devices ? i have just tried to update my iPad 2 and now it won't work at all. i just keep on getting the screen telling me to connect to iTunes and when i do it won't restore i now have a iPad hat will only show the connect to iTunes screen iv done everything i can think of to do and nothing has worked has any one els had this problem or got any ideas what i could do

It appears that a lot of people are having trouble updating their devices. You have to remember that there are thousands if not millions of people trying to get the updates for their devices. You need to have patience.

it not the fact of getting it it the fact that the update has messed my iPad up and i can't seem to restore it from the back up
