My computer is about 1 year old. I filled it up with alot of crap, and now it's really slow. Also, I have reinstalled my os before, but it's annoying. What other way can I clean it up? ccleaner?

Reinstall the OS. If you want it to be fast use Ubuntu! :)
Only install programs that you will actually use
Use MSConfig to stop programs from automatically starting with windows (start..run..msconfig..startup)
You may want to use a defragger or a stystem/registry cleaner. Many 'experts' say that this is not necessary. I run Advanced System care, and then Smart DEfrag once a week and it at least makes me feel like my computer is faster afterwards. Only use these programs after you have reinstalled the os and programs or they're useless.
