How to Tell if Windows XP is Detecting a SATA drive correctly.

I was wondering how to tell in Windows XP Professional if it is reading a SATA drive correctly in regards to its generation. For example is it correctly detecting that it is a Generation II(Sata 2.0) drive vs a Generation 1(Sata 1.0) Drive.
