I did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate a couple days ago, and haven't activated it, but now when I try to sign in it says user profile service not available, and says c drive is corrupted and unreadable/run chkdsk. Safe Mode works, so how would I fix this?

You have to boot to your windows 7 installation. There's going to be a button at the bottom of the first page of the install disk that says repair. Click on that button then you will brought to a window which asks you to select your drive. Select your drive C: then click ok. You will be brought to a window with options. There's going to be an option there to repair. Run that repair and it will do the checks for you. If the disk needs to be checked then it will run chkdsk. Once its done it will ask you to reboot. Then check if you could login to windows. :) Post again here if you still have the same problem. Thanks!

Like Windows is telling you to do, run "chkdsk." If that does not work, reinstall Windows, if it still does not work format your hard drive, and try again. If all else still does not work, then install a Linux distribution, and get all that you can off of the hard drive, and buy yourself a new one. Good luck!
