Google adsense.

I was offered to monetise for one of my youtube accounts. If I were to make this adsense account, would it only be for the channel it was offered to? I no longer use that channel. I do have another channel where I make content to view. This is a partnership thing right? So I can connect both YouTube channels to this?

Monetise is only for a video that you can put ads on.

Nothing to do with partnership.

You can not "connect" accounts unless if you are a partner.

You also need a web site that gets enough traffic to create a adsence account.
