I like the fact you don't need to connect the iphone to the computer, i have had alot of issues with itunes deleteing all my apps off my phone with out me noticeing, its happen to me 4 times now and i've had to start over on my games many times because of this, so i have a deep hate for itunes and not having to use it is brilliant for me.

I don't really have a least favorite feature.

You can disable the wireless syncing. Connect your iphone to the computer that is currently syncing with the usb cable, then open the summary tab and uncheck "Sync with this iphone over Wi-Fi" then click apply at the bottom right

Best features:

1) Notification center and new style of calmer notifications (not popping out of nowhere and forcing you to take some action on the spot)

2) Animations seems smoother

3) Built in Dictionary

4) Usage: which can help you track which app takes up the storage space on the iphone

5) Custom vibrations seems to be interesting but it can be a little annoying
