Higosoft Video Converter for Mac is great, I donwload it just now, I use it convert my avchd video from canon to ipad2 mp4, then sync with ipad very good, tks so much! MPEG Streamclip or Handbrake also great, but you know the free one always have some bugs, if you want the best quality and fast speed, Higosoft is the best one.
