Hello guys. Few months back I bought a MSI Radeon 6850 from Aria. Which preformed to very well. So today I decided to clean out my PC specifically the graphics card since it had not been cleaned out for sometime. So I took it out the machine and cleaned it with a can of compressed air to clear it of all the dust that had collected. Once doing so I placed it back in the machine and booted it up however the monitor said no signal for a few seconds and then I got a flash of thin rectangle going across the screen before saying no signal again. Then it shall blue screen for a moment and reset. Once it resets all I can see for a few seconds is the windows repair loading bar and those white bars going across the screen once again. From then on the monitor turns off as it has not received a signal in sometime. I have replaced with an old NVidia 6200SE and that displays and works fine but I do not think its is much good with only 64MB of memory. Not really sure what to do now as I have tried pretty much everything I can think off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

RMA it back to Aria. They will see if it is broken or not. If it is they will replace or give you account credit to get a better card :P If not it is 10% of the value of the item. |
