some youtube videos load slow. try changing the quality settings, (some quality settings will access content from other youtube servers.

For example, you may load a youtube video from a user such as lockergnome, and the 360p video will barely load but switch it to 1080p and it loads quickly as it is now accessing the content from a server with a lower load.

(most youtube videos will have some loading issues, and it generally has nothing to do with your connection) alt text

if you get a chance post your speed test, and also try a few different videos

Maybe your internet is running fine, but just too slow for videos. Also, videos that don't load won't play, if a video is actually playing in slow motion, it may be a browser/plugin problem. If the video is jumpy/laggy, let it load and then watch. Go to www.speedtest.net and check your internet speed and post your results.

Try reinstalling flash, or using a new browser.

Can I ask what your specs are?

You could try using "Speedbit Video Accelerator" to try to speed things up. I have it and it seems to do an OK job.
