What graphics card do you have now? Integrated or PCI-E 16?

I currently have a nice one from EVGA. Its a Ge-Force GTX550 1GB GDDR5 which runs Portal, Portal 2, Minecraft, and Fraps for when I record games. Its a 130$ card. It performs very nicely. It has its own audio and video built in.(For the DVI and HDMI ports)

Do you want to run the latest games at super high fidelity or just be able to run them? In either way you need a new PSU, 250W is not nearly enough for a powerful GPU. Also that case is rather small so you'll probably not be able to mount the fastest cards out there. If you just want to play the latest games at mid-low resolution then I'd suggest an AMD 5770 or Nvidia 550. Both of these cards perform on equal level and can handle just about every game you throw at it. If you want a higher resolution you should pick either an AMD 6970 or Nvidia 580, they will run the latest games at very good resolutions. If you want to completely max everything out you need a new case and an AMD 6990 or Nvidia 590. Those are the best cards on the market. (actually the most powerful card is ASROG Mars II but it'll cost you €1300)

There isn't much more that needs to be said that hasn't already.
If you were serious when you said "Hi i bought a new computer a few months ago" I sure hope you didn't pay much.
This is like a 3 year old system. But yeah 250 Wat PSU is not enough to run a graphics card. But if you do upgrade the PSU the GTX 550 is a good option. Or a 6790 / 6850 if you want an AMD card. Don"t do anything stupid like get a GTX 580 / 6990. Your Cpu is so slow that you would barely see a performance improvement. It's called a bottleneck. Plus I assume that if you bought an old PC like that that a $400 - $500 video card would be out of your budget. Good luck man hope I helped somewhat. :)

I'd say, due to that horrible PSU, you don't have much of a choice in what you can get. A 6670 or GT520 is as much as you can get if you don't upgrade to a better PSU.
