Question is simple, Ive bought an usb stick tv decoder called kworld ub405-a want to install it in ubuntu, for some reason even though ive updated to lastest kernel and all i cant get it working, i dont really want to go back to linux because of this, any help???

Have you tried going to the manufacturer web sire for the tv usb stick decoder to see if they even make the drivers for it. Since that is where I would usually go first for something like that. I have a tv turner card from ATI that works perfectly fine under ubuntu for it.
