Will a 4GB Xbox be able to do this...

Yes you will. Your Xbox Live account takes up a very small amount of space. Additional map packs and installing games to storage will take up a lot of storage space.

I bought the 4GB Xbox for the simple reason that it has a matte black finish. I then went out and bought a 250GB HDD and installed it into my Xbox.
