please help me choose best desktop chat(IM) software(client).

i dont know if there are softwares(desktop clients) available that can help me integrate instant messaging services from google chat, yahoo messanger, facebook chat(most importantly) and so forth.

Which would be a perfect software, if its a freeware, shareware or paid software, please suggest me what should i choose?
