Pretty sure that's not the face, I Googled it, and this is the top result, so since it's not been spoken about anywhere else, I don't think there's a chance that it does.

Also, the N9 runs Symbian, which is Nokia's native OS, so there is very little chance Android apps would run to.

If it ran Android, there could be a slight chance that Nokia included some form of Symbian Application emulator, but this is not the case.

Oh, I was thinking of the wrong phone. Your best bet might be to phone Nokia and ask, that way you get the best clarification.

If you want android, BUY Android phones (like samsung), if you Want Symbian Find an emulator for Symbian in an android. LOL.

I mean, Buy Symbian phones (Nokia).

what the hell's the problem with that? hahaha

ok here's the thing: Nokia will not Run android Apps. it's plain stupid. you're like trying to boil a meat using Oil.

Incompatible... and if you will try virtualization, the performance will be very much compromised compared with a native set up.

So you should choose between Symbian apps and Android Apps, then choose the phone that can run them.

i think that Nokia n9 will run apps from android and the so android only see the n900 have android 2.1-2.2 and 2.3 full functional with múlti boot and meego and naemo and run webOS apps and its a phone with 50k units only wait a time and when a devs comunity exist for the phone will be the first project ;-) and the n9 can run symbian and naemo apps at least the first meego can do this i think meego is a better so that android and his dalvik vm and i have a android i realy hate to Nokia for kill meego :'( and for compatibility don't is a stupid question the two os are Linux based with Linux heart for this meego is more like android that like symbian and about virtualization its a joke all in android is java virtual machine runing in a linux kernel xD
