Should I buy an iPad 2 or wait for the iPad 3?

I was planning on buying an iPad 2 WiFi and 3G 64GB for my birthday on December 8th. Then I though about the iPad 3 (if and when it does come out). The only solution I could think of was to buy an iPad 2 from somewhere that I could return it around 3-4 months after purchase. Does anyone know anywhere ti buy it from that I can return it after 4 months? It must be in the U.K.
