The info I am giving you is coming from Windows 7. Open Control Panel and click on Windows Firewall. On the left column there is a link labeled "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall." Click that link and look for Google Chrome. If it is there but unchecked, check it. If it's not listed, click the button labeled Add another program and browse to the location of the Chrome execution. Click open and it will add it to the list. Make sure it's checked and then try opening Chrome. Best of luck.

I also found this link to a forum that might help if you're not using Windows 7. http://forums.comodo.com/help-for-v3/how-to-unblock-a-program-t17174.0.html

I would first Try checking the rules of my Firewall, Find Google Chrome in it and see if its status is blocked or allowed. other than that, I'd try the other answers here such as the one mentioned above (haven't tried it though.) good luck
