The history of e-commerce and what effect it have had on your life

Hey guys,

I'm a guy from Denmark who is working with a project in my school, I go to a commerce and business high school/college and have decided that I want to write about e-commerce.

My question to you guys are this: Do you shop online, and how much? How has the abillity to shop online affected your daily life?

I further more need to know about the history of e-commerce and how it as a salesform has developed? if you have any links or information that you think i might could use, I would be really happy if you would share it with me and everybody else
