OK so i'm building my computer, and I had everything plugged into my motherboard except a hdd and cd-rom. which it should still recognize a signal for my video card, but it doesn't :( (im building it outside the case first then putting it in the case once i know everything works.) I tried a different video card that i know works because i use it in my other computer. I switched the ram in every possible way even without it. tried it with a hhd and without tried the video card in every slot. tried different monitors and cables.
