Will there always be a need for programmers or will software make more software? I wonder if software/websites within the next hmmmm... I guess 15-20 years will need programmers or if they could think for themselves and make their own software, websites, games, and more. What do you think?

I think there will still be a need to programmers to make more programs. Depending on what you need to do with the computer itself. Or web page for that matter. It your still wanting to make a static web page or learn on how to create a dynamic one through PHP or asp for example. There will always be a human intervention for creating software on the computer. Whether its Windows, Macm or a Linux/Unix varient Operating System.

Programmers will be needed, however programming will likely become easier and easier. With computers getting faster and faster, it's ok for code to be sloppy. This will allow programming that can be done in fewer steps, but the program will be inefficient. I think developers will be needed to create good and working code.
