I am on Windows 7 as the title says and I been finding out that for a few days now my desktop has been running slow! Could I have a virus? Could my om punter just be running out of space? There's many reasons that my computer could be running slow. I have a USB HDD and I transferred all of my music from iTunes, my pictures, my videos I took and edited and everything else that was important to the USB HDD to see if and wanted to see if that would help speed up my computer. Maybe if I transferred all that stuff just maybe the computer will run faster? Still after a few days of having all those files off my USB HDD I am still finding my computer running slow. What do I mean by running slow? Things like my browser is running slow, Camtasia doesn't load up fast as before and other things won't load fast. I recently noticed like last night every time I transferred files to the USB HDD Windows Explorer seems to crash and is forced to restart the explorer again. What can I do? I tried everything. I will post a picture below of the specs of my computer. I want my computer to become back to normal! If its a virus problem then what Anti-Virus/virus program can I use that works the best with Windows 7 to fix this problem?

If you can't see the picture CLICK HERE I swear to god it's not spam or porn.

you are below the real minimum requirements for windows 7. They say 1GB ram is minimum but it really isn't, it causes too much page file usage

The CPU is also too slow, slower than many current atom CPU's on the market used on netbooks

I recommend installing windows xp, it offers the same functionality for the most part (most people will never use any of the additional features in windows 7)

Windows xp uses far fewer resources, leaving more resources for your apps to run
