Hey Guys. After being a long time iOS user and enthusiast, I'm looking at trying out Windows Phone 7 for a change. I dislike Android for too many reasons to count, and I also dislike Windows 7, but Windows Phone 7 is something that looks alright and I would like to try out. What are your thoughts on Windows Phone 7, and their current phone offerings?

The reason for me wanting to try it, isn't one single reason. Rather, it's 3. The first being that I, like many people, am getting a little bit bored of iOS, and would like to try something new. 2)The only iPhone I can afford (I have to buy outright, and they are expensive in New Zealand) is the iPhone 3GS, and I could get a better WP7 phone (I'm looking at the HTC Trophy, HTC HD7, or the Samsung Focus) for my money. and 3) I don't like android at all, and WP7 is the only other option.

The only off putting thing is the lack of some of the apps I have (Although don't use all that often) And also the fact that I have so many apps I've paid for over time that I can no longer use! Plus, I can't buy vouchers for the Windows Market place and am too young for a credit card of my own. Not to mention that apps are more expensive, often on WP7 marketplace.

There are some things I don't like about WP7, of course. I don't like that everything looks the same, with the slide across sections layout, and things like twitter being listed in way that makes distinguishing individual tweets hard. And i would like a LITTLE bit more customizability, but I'm sure that will come in the future.

I value your opinions on WP7 and look forward to hearing your replies!
